Restaurant and bars

The City Restaurant
In the comfortable and elegant Vienna Hall, The City Restaurant has seating capacity for eighty people. Our Chef and his team, St. Catherine’s Brigade, offer a light and varied gourmet cuisine. Besides the menu there is also a wine and water list. The adjacent Lisbon Hall can accommodate private lunches and dinners.

The Borges Café is a special place for drinks, cocktails or afternoon tea. Its walls are covered with works of art by Italian and international artists. The furnishings, fabrics and antique furniture create an inviting and refined atmosphere. It is very popular with the artists, poets, writers and journalists who come for international conferences organized at Villa San Carlo Borromeo.

With access from the Poets’ Portico, the beautifully restored Winter Garden is a new meeting space equal in capacity (150 sq m), technical facilities and elegance to the other twenty halls of the Villa.
